Bombabe Spiced Chai

With 20% of each bar made up of shea and cocoa butter, this soap’s rich creamy lather is incredibly moisturizing and nourishing.  Treat your sensitive skin to a gentle cleanser made without harsh skin-drying chemicals.

Every bar of our handcrafted soap contains tallow from free-ranged cattle, fair trade oils (castor oil, coconut oil, almond oil), shea butter, cocoa butter, and goat milk. The goat milk comes from our very own goat herd (made up of Nubians, Alpines, and Saanens). Every day our girls are milked by hand, groomed, and then returned to pasture.  The milk is then filtered and then made into small batches of soap in our kitchen.

Our bars measure 2 7/8” x 1 7/8” and are approximately 6.5 ounces (depending on ingredients since some of our bars contain exfoliants). There is some variation in size and color because our soaps are crafted and shaped by human hands.

We are very careful about where our ingredients come from and for that reason, our soaps do not contain any palm oil. Oil palm production is a documented cause of substantial (and too often irreversible) damage to the environment. Deforestation, loss of habitat for critically endangered species, and increases of greenhouse gas emissions are just a few of the ways that palm oil production is not something we wish to support. We find that even the “sustainable” palm oil certification does not meet our standards.
